Cutthroat Trout (Bayesian)

Fish Habitat Model: West slope Cutthroat Trout

Parameter Description:  The west slope Cutthroat Trout Bayesian Belief Network (BBN) model calculates the probability of a fish population being present and persisting for 20-yr based on a set of physical channel parameters and other land use related watershed attributes (Peterson et al., 2008). NetMap contains two models (#1) the full BBN that include ten state variables and (#2) an intrinsic potential (IP) version that includes three physical parameters (channel gradient, width and stream temperature).
