Step Wise Guide

ChannelTypes/Response/Network

· What kinds of different channel geometries are there in my landscape?

Channel geometries include primarily width (bankfull), depth, slope and channel sinuosity.

Step 1: Go to NetMap Fluvial Morphology Module > Hydrualic/Planform Geometry >. Select the attribute and display it. Channel sinuosity can also be calculated based on a number of channel widths. Go to: NetMap Fluvial Morphology Module > Hydrualic/Planform Geometry > Channel Sinuosity.
